Brand new gutters can not cope with the snow melting on the roof. It 'been a lot worse than this, but unfortunately by the time I thought of using the video, and recharged the batteries had melted most of the snow. I posted this video here so I can see the evidence, Welwyn Hatfield Council for themselves. The drops can be caused by the rain dripping from his plates before ... because it did not rain!
